PT Centrin Online Tbk ( CENT ) melakukan Penawaran Umum Terbatas (PUT) I tahun 2013 kepada para pemegang saham dalam rangka Penerbitan Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu. PUT I akan dilakukan sebanyak 6.849.522.000 dengan nilai nominal Rp 100 dengan rasio 1:12, atau setiap pemegang 1 saham lama memperoleh 12 HMETD untuk membeli 12 saham baru dengan harga pelaksanaan Rp 100. Dana hasil PUT ditargetkan mencapai Rp 684.952.200.000.  Agar chat metastock kita tidak jomblam Harga baru = (1960x1)+(100X12)/(1+12) = 243.0769 Ratio = Close/Harga baru = 1960/243.0769 = 8.063291 Kemudian buka downloader, pilih open, lalu buka INDS. IPS RESEARCH UNTR: United Tractor (UNTR IJ; Rp17,200; Buy) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with two shareholders of PT Acset Indonusa Tbk (ACST IJ, Not Rated, Rp3,330), namely  PT Loka Cipta Kreasi dan PT Cross Plus Indonesia, to acquire of at least 250,500,000 (two hundred and fifty million five hundred thousand) shares in ACST ("Transaction") by UNTR or its subsidiary. The purpose of the acquisition is to expand and support UNTR?s main business.The completion of this transaction will be depending on the outcome of negotiations between the parties and the fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the MOU and any other related agreements.
